We are looking for motivated trainees with a passion for technology who want to start their career in the world of industrial machinery. As a machine and plant operator, you will play a central role in the production and control of our state-of-the-art production facilities.

During your 2-year apprenticeship at
company Theo Hillers GmbH, you will learn everything
on the subject of electrical engineering, metalworking and control technology.
Your tasks
- Learn commercial basics and put them into practice.
- Collaboration in office organization and administration.
- Processing of orders, from customer inquiries to invoicing.
- Purchasing and materials management: Procurement of materials from an economic point of view.
- Insights into human resources, including personnel planning and development.
- Participation in financial accounting and controlling.
Support in marketing and sales. - Professional communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
- Participation in projects and coordination of tasks.
