Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a tool mechanic with further training as an industrial foreman in metal, state-certified technician or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in toolmaking, ideally with management responsibility
• Sound knowledge of typical toolmaking manufacturing processes
• Independent, goal-oriented, motivated and innovative way of working

Your tasks

• Technical and disciplinary management of the toolmaking department with approx. 30 employees
  using modern machinery with high-precision machine tools
• Technical and time coordination of toolmaking projects in coordination with work preparation, production and project management
• Technical and time coordination of tool repairs and maintenance
• Systematic analysis of causes of damage and implementation of possible improvements
• Development and implementation of measures to avoid tool repairs and for predictive maintenance
• Establishment of progressive structures, further development of the department
• Collaboration in the optimization of internal workflows and processes (CIP)
