During your 3 1/2 – year apprenticeship at the
company Theo Hillers GmbH, you will learn everything
on the subject of electrical engineering, metalworking
and control technology.
Your tasks
- Structure and organization of the training company – Safety and health protection at work
- Planning and controlling work processes
- Basic metal training (manual skills in metalworking)
- Processing of metallic materials using conventional and controlled machine tools (CNC)
- Programming of mechatronic
systems (PLC) and Mitsubishi robots (MELVA) - Automation technology: Installing
and maintenance of pneumatic and
electropneumatic assemblies - Installing and testing electrical assemblies
- Measuring and testing electrical
Sizes - Installing and testing hardware and software
- Quality assurance in production
- Inter-company training courses at the BZE Euskirchen
